The House of Prayer for all Nations-Brussels (HoP) was located in the European Quarter of Brussels, Belgium when it was founded in 1998 by Tomas Sandell.  The location has been important for continuing contacts with those who work in the European Union institutions and providing a spiritual presence in the European Quarter.  The HoP consisted of a Prayer/Meeting Room and an office that we shared with lobbyists to the European Parliament from different Christian non-government organizations.

The end of May 2005, we moved the office and Prayer Room to my apartment because the lobbyist organization needed again the full use of their office.  The summer of 2008 the Lord showed us the next step was to move into a larger apartment and to have one separate room for an office and to continue praying in my living room.  In mid November 2008, the HoP moved into my apartment near Place du Roi Vanqueur (Conquering King Square).  We continue to worship and pray daily for Brussels, Belgium and the European Union Institutions as the Holy Spirit leads.

November 2002 I became the leader of the HoP, nearly two years after the founder returned to his homeland in Finland.
